3 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
2 tsp. chopped fresh sage, (optional)
1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions Caramelized Flavored, divided or French Fried Onions
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepot, bring to a boil and simmer, partially covered, 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
MASH potatoes with butter, maple syrup, Mustard, sage and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 1/2 cup Onions.
TRANSFER to a 2-quart baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until hot.
TOP with remaining Onions and bake 5 minutes or until Onions are golden.
