1 2/3 cups creamy Caesar dressing
1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
12 cups romaine lettuce, torn
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup Pitted black olives
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
MIX Caesar salad dressing and Frank's RedHot Sauce. Reserve 1 cup mixture for dressing.
POUR remaining dressing mixture over chicken in deep dish. Chill, covered, for 1 hour.
GRILL chicken 10 to 12 min. until no longer pink in center. Slice chicken.
ARRANGE lettuce, tomatoes, olives and Parmesan cheese on 4 dinner plates. Top each plate with sliced chicken and Crispy Fried Onions, dividing evenly. Serve with reserved dressing.
