Ingredients

Dijon Vinaigrette
1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 vegetable cooking spray
Dijon Aioli

Directions

MARINATE shrimp in vinaigrette for 2 hours.
ARRANGE shrimp on metal skewers. Lightly coat with vegetable cooking spray. Grill on medium-high until shrimp turn pink. Serve Dijon Aioli Sauce on the side.
