1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1/2 cup minced cilantro or parsley
1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 egg, beaten
8 thin slices reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 bell pepper, cut into rings
4 hamburger buns
MIX turkey, cilantro, bread crumbs, mustard and egg. Shape into 4 patties.
GRILL patties over medium-high heat 15 min. or until no longer pink in center.
TOP each burger with cheese and bell pepper rings. Serve on buns.
