2 lbs. assorted cut-up vegetables (zucchini, peppers, onions, carrots)
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients, except basil, in a shallow roasting pan.
ROAST 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender.
SPRINKLE with basil and serve.
