1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves or thighs (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/2 cup Honey
HEAT oil over medium heat in large skillet. Add chicken and cook 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
COMBINE mustard and honey and pour over chicken.
BRING to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce is thickened.
