3 large sweet potatoes, baked
1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
2/3 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon, divided
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage, divided
SCOOP flesh from potatoes and mash. Stir in 1/2 cup Onions, 1/3 cup blue cheese, , 1/4 cup marshmallows, 1/4 cup crumbled bacon,cranberries, maple syrup and 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
TRANSFER to a 2-quart baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until hot.
TOP with remaining ingredients and bake 5 minutes or until Onions are golden.
