1 (9 inch) unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded light Swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. diced onion
2 Tbsp. diced green bell pepper
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
COMBINE ham and cheese and spread on bottom of pie crust that has been layed into a 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle onion, pepper and bacon on top.
BEAT eggs, add milk and mustard and blend together. Pour mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
BAKE at 350° F for 35 to 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
