12 hard cooked eggs , peeled and halved lengthwise
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard
6 slices crumbled cooked bacon , divided
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S™ Crispy Jalapeños , crumbled
REMOVE egg yolks, reserving egg whites.
LIGHTLY mash egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, Mustard, 1/4 cup bacon, relish and Crispy Jalapeños.
SPOON or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with remaining bacon and additional Crispy Jalapeños, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Spoon or pipe leftover filling onto crackers or endive leaves for a delicious appetizer or snack.
