Crunchy Bacon Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are always a crowd-pleaser. Take this classic appetizer over the top with French’s® Crispy Jalapeños. Mix them right into the creamy egg mixture for extra heat. Want more? Sprinkle over the top to garnish.

Ingredients

12 hard cooked eggs , peeled and halved lengthwise
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard
6 slices crumbled cooked bacon , divided
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S™ Crispy Jalapeños , crumbled

Directions

REMOVE egg yolks, reserving egg whites.
LIGHTLY mash egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, Mustard, 1/4 cup bacon, relish and Crispy Jalapeños.
SPOON or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with remaining bacon and additional Crispy Jalapeños, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tips

Spoon or pipe leftover filling onto crackers or endive leaves for a delicious appetizer or snack.
