2 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions or Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. boneless chicken tenders
CRUSH Crispy Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
BAKE at 400°F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Look for FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle! Tip: If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch wide strips.
