1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved and thinly sliced
2 cups kale leaves, large stems removed and leaves thinly sliced
10 1/2 oz. frozen shelled edamame, cooked as directed
1/2 cup cherry flavored dried cranberries
1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions, if desired
IN A LARGE BOWL add the Brussels sprouts, kale, edamame, cranberries, almonds, and bacon.
ADD the vinaigrette, salt, and pepper to taste and toss to combine everything.
TOP with Crispy Onions if desired and serve.
Make it a complete meal by adding some grilled chicken on it.
